Shipping & Delivery

Your order for gold jewelry will be packed securely while in transit to your home or office. Order status and tracking information will soon be available on our website.  

Your order will be shipped in one to three weeks, depending on the availability, size, and design of the jewelry. If you require your jewelry to be delivered urgently at an earlier date for a specific reason, please contact us at info@royada.jewellery.   

 

LOCAL SHIPPING:

We provide fast and reliable shipping services to our shipping destinations. We provide free carrier services within Singapore. You can expect your jewelry within 2-5 business days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

(a) Royada International Jewelry offers worldwide free shipping. All our international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Your order will be securely packed and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

(b) Order status and tracking information will soon be available on our website.

(c) International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities before placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

(d) We might require you to sign the package on receiving it, so please choose an address where someone is there to receive the package during business hours.  

(e) Delivery Term: DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Import Tax can be charged to the customer by local regulation.

Contact your local Customs Office directly for further details of charging. 

(f) Delivery lead time: It will be reflected at the checkout screen. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays.  

(g) We reserve the right to reject any orders when the shipping and billing address is not the same, to the General Post Office (GPO), private service provider mailbox, or third parties to receive purchases, or to locations where our shipping agents does not provide shipping services.  

(h) If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately at info@royada.jewellery. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Royada International Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receiving your order.
