How Long Is The Warranty Valid And What Does It Cover?
Yes, Royada offers a one-year warranty against all manufacturing defects on each and every one of our pieces. However, this does not include damage due to improper handling, accident, misuse and neglect, and general wear and tear. Terms and Conditions applied.
Should Jewellery Be Removed While Sleeping/Showering/Swimming?
While Royada jewellery is durable, we do not recommend you to wear them while swimming, sleeping, or showering. Your jewellery could slip off in the shower. They could also become dull due to exposure to shower products or chlorine in swimming pool water. Also, wearing your jewellery while sleeping can cause wear and tear or the gemstones to fall out.
