Within 7 days upon receiving your piece, you can exchange it for other items of equivalent or lesser value. You can also top up the difference to replace your item with higher value piece.
When requesting for an exchange, please provide us with the original invoice. We accept items that are not damaged or scratched in their original packaging. Kindly note that personalized, engraved, or resized items cannot be exchanged.
