Return and Cancellation Policy

1) When you decide to return a product within seven (7) days of receiving the product, due to any of the following reasons:

a) cancellation of a contract between us
b) you have notified us that you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions
c) you claim that the product is defective
d) you are not satisfied with the product.

We will have to conduct a thorough examination of the returned product. Once we are satisfied with its condition, we will either replace it or provide you with a refund.

2) To inform us about a faulty product, please email us at help@royada.jewelry with the below information:

a) your name and contact number
b) your order number, tracking number, and item name (if any)
c) description of the alleged damage

3)  If you return a product within the seven (7) days cooling-off period or because of a defect, you will be refunded in full, after deducting the delivery cost.
4) Missing items from the ordered quantity should be claimed within two (2) days from the delivery date. Otherwise, we shall have no liability in such shortfall, and you have to pay the price in full, following the contract as if the items had been delivered.
5)  Upon the delivery of jewelry, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the product, and charge the costs to your credit/debit card, or the payment details provided to us when you made the order. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses.
